We come to this location quite often, so I'm not sure where it all went sideways. We came a week ago for streaks. And when I got mine it was blue (raw). I asked for medium rare. Today I got the same thing, and again it came back raw. We hadn't spotted our waitress for a good while, so we had to ask another server if she could help fix the issue. That server was great. But by the time it came back it wasn't even worth staying. We had lost our appetites with the long waits. Our waitress didn't come back around until a while after we asked another server for help. Only good that came out of it was the other server, and the floor manager who helped us. Maybe come during the day? After these experiences I'm coming to the conclusion that the evening chefs aren't great.

This place has offered such great experiences for several to-go orders! I would highly recommend them and will definitely return. The food has always been delicious, specifically the ribs, that fall off the bone. Salad is always fresh. Sides are tasty too. And the bread is buttery goodness. ALL for such a reasonable price. But even more impressive is their amazing customer service, friendly staff, and good management! April, a staff member, was so pleasant, helpful, and clearly enjoys her job. Service like hers is not easy to find! Thank you!

I personally love cheddars. Amazing Monte Cristos and pecan salad. But honestly I've never ordered anything i didn't like. It's not fine dining by any means, but its delicious food at an extremely reasonable price. And theyre alcoholic beverages are always on point. Good family atmosphere or private date. If you're going on peak evenings, just join the wait list otw so you don't have to wait to be seated.

food wasn't too bad but service was horrible . my food came out first and the waiter told us the did my husbands order backwards so they were redoing it. he then proceed to repeat the CORRECT order to us so we waited another 10-20 mins for his food to come. there was also a wait in between for us to get drinks from the bar (the restaurant was pretty empty with a few ppl here and there and a half full bar). my husbands food came and it was WRONG , what he told use they did the first time (fried shrimp and grilled fish) and he still brought out the hot fresh version of it. nonetheless we ate and before we left we asked for TWO (2) orders of crossisiants (4 total) and a lemonade and he only brought one order (2) and a drink...

The salad was big enough for two people! Fresh iced croissant still warm.
Good in general. Can be VERY packed during Friday night and the weekends. Overall it's always a safe choice for dinner as they have a mentlu with variety.

This Cheddars is definitely my family's and i preferred to go spot over any of the others ! April and Steve has this place structured and in tact with much respect from the staff ! April sticks her neck out for any staff member that screws up just to make sure the customers are satisfied...literally she doesn't miss ! The hospitality is great, Kailyn is always so bubbly and sweet, luv her little energy ! Keep up the good work guys, very much so appreciated 🤗
