They were half an hour late opening up doors. We waited in line in sweltering heat getting chewed up by mosquitoes. Then to find out you have to wait in that same lline all over again to get a drink. No servers. Very misleading and unorganized!

The customer service at Saloon Door Brewery was exceptional—our server was friendly, attentive, and her charming dog was a highlight that made our visit special and kept us lingering! The atmosphere is warm, and they offer a solid number of beers on tap. However, as a craft beer enthusiast, I was disappointed by the quality of the beers. They all tasted too similar and lacked the depth and creativity and/or perfection I expect from a craft brewery. It felt like the brewing process was uninspired, with minimal effort put into crafting standout flavors. I’d love to see Saloon Door bring in a new brewmaster to elevate the beer quality and truly showcase their potential. With such great service and a lively vibe, this place could be incredible with better brews and good food. I’ll be back to check on their progress!

bought some tasty af at heb. literally exploded in my fridge. heb wont let me return it. person at heb says producer and distributor have said there is nothing wrong, but have said others experienced this. someone is lying.

I really enjoyed the beer and the very friendly staff at this brewery. The brewery has serveral delicious and unique beers. I really enjoyed the peanut butter blonde and the strawberry Mexican lager. They have food vendors that are also very nice
