I love their drinks, but it takes way too long to place your order and then get your order. it is ridiculous! The service keeps getting worse and worse. The food is always stone cold.
this is my last time at this location. it took 17 minutes after pressing the red button to give my order. I should have left, but I was then determined to see how long it would take. in total, it took 35 minutes to order and receive my lunch. when the carhop arrived, he tried to get me to pay a second time for what I paid for with their system that said processed. maybe if it had been timely, they would have noticed. my tots were also stone cold.
Do not go to this sonic. I went to the #2 spot and their broken menu sign damaged my car. I was told by the manager that the sign had been worked on recently for "swaying". I have approx 850 in repairs and they refuse to pay my repairs after 3 mo. this is very unfortunate as I have been a loyal customer and they refuse to maintain their own premises.
