Had to wait 10 minutes before someone answered the button than another 15+ minutes for food. Bacon on my toaster sandwich was old but the egg was hot. It’s seem to be only one person working. Tried calling the store number and it’s a non working number. There’s no manager number or any info on my receipt and the ink in the receipt printer needs to be changed.
Did a mobile pick up, upon arriving the app said my food would be ready within 3 more minutes. We waited another 30 minutes on food we had already paid for, had we not paid we would have just left. We tried to call over the speaker to ask for help but our call wasn’t answered. After waiting for 30 minutes a man came out and delivered our food, he spoke no words just handed me cold food and gave me thumbs up as he walked away. Placed an order through Uber eats, never got the food. Had 4 delivery drivers cancel on us, we were in contact with the restaurant and they led us to believe that they were still working on the order. Ended up getting cancelled on after about 45 minutes of waiting. Not ordering from this sonic again.
