I do not recommend supporting this business due to my personal experience with inconsistent and unfair treatment in the workplace. Throughout my time there, I often felt disproportionately targeted and held to stricter standards than my colleagues. I received formal disciplinary action for conduct that, in other cases, resulted in only minor warnings for others.

Complete lack of ethics and professionalism on management’s part, but there are wonderful baristas here.
Unfortunately, they are given very little to work with, and expected to make something out of nothing while working under an emotionally
immature tyrant.
