Was just there, they didn’t answer intercom for first lane but they where answering for second lane I wasted 7 min in line.
Horrible customer service alll the time. You stand there to pickup ur online order n EVERYONE WALKS BY WITHOUT ASKING N HELP U OUT !!! You can stand there 10 min n nobody will even go near to ask nor help out ‼‼‼‼

Employees must remember to give everything to diners; a soda machine would help avoid going to the cashier for a refill. The drive thru no longer gives napkins or ketchup, costing 20 cents each. The spicey chicken ranch was horrible, overkill on spicey sauce, dripping everywhere, and customers had to scrape to see the chicken.
