I purchased my first 10 pound bag of ground meat about 5 months ago. Since then I have bought another 20 pounds. It is excellent. It is very rich and flavorful. I no longer buy my meat from any place else. I have also purchased different steaks. I had guests for dinner about a month ago. We decided to do a taste test. AWESOME
Had a problem with the shipping of our order and the staff went out of their way to make everything right. Every piece of beef has been incredible. We smoked the hump and we all agreed it was an amazing combination of brisket and steak and very tender.
