“First time visit to Calesa’s. Recommended by my friend Chef Mike. If he says it is good food then I know I have to try it. We were a party of four and each of us had a different entree. Let me tell you now, absolutely everything was delicious. From the fresh chips and salsa, the hibiscus tea, to the various entrees including carne asada, quesadillas, bistek Mexicana, and my order of Platillo Calesa (carne asada/shrimp/chicken), all the way to the dessert of Tres Leche cake. It tasted like authentic homemade Mexican food should. Mike has never let me down and he certainly didn’t this time. We will be back as often as possible and wish Mike and Calesa’s the best of luck on their new collaboration. It was great to see Mike back in a kitchen doing what he does best. Give this place a try, you can thank me later.“

“My wife loves Mexican food so we stopped at this place after a long day of driving. It turned out this was my wife best Mexican restaurant for the soft shell tacos and I have to agree. The small chopped beef was tender, a small slice of avocado was included. Dipped in the green sauce, the tacos were so great that I ate them all. The waitress was very tentative and the manager was super friendly. We'll find this place when we head back home in a week. Come by and see if I'm right. I know I'm right. 😂“

“My extended family and I celebrated my birthday at Beni’s on the first of April. I called ahead and asked to be set up in the room to the right when you walk in- we had 16, including 3 young children. The lady who took the reservation was very excited to have a large group. Everyone enjoyed the extended variety of items on the menu, the food was excellent and they even finished the night off with a “Happy Birthday” singing, complete with sombrero and sopapilla! The lady waiter did a great job - very attentive & friendly. It was reasonably priced & the food came out quickly, and was delicious. We definitely will be back, as it is very close to our house!!! 5/5“

“Tele’s is always our go-to Mexican food. Their specials are so reasonable and almost always my husband’s choice but my favorite is their spinach enchiladas. Those are not all we want to brag on though, we have probably had 80% of the menu and never found any we don’t like. Don’t forget the chips and salsa they are so yummy you might just fill up if you aren’t careful.“

The bread was PHENOMENAL, the chicken was well seasoned, the avocado was fresh and there was a perfect amount of jalapeños on it. My husband ordered fajita tacos and said they were delicious. My kids shared a cheese quesadilla. I had a taste and wasn’t really a fan, but the kids fought over it, and my kids NEVER eat their food. I say this place is worth a try, just maybe don’t order anything Tex mex. They seem to do authentic foods better.“
