“My family and I have been dining here for over 10 years. We love it! We love taking new people with us to check them out! Their pancakes are amazing. Their staff is polite and always willing to suggest tasty menu items! You definitely want to check out their decor, they love to support the local veterans and school! A lovely small town feel cafe for the up and coming River District.“

“Omelet and breakfast tacos were both very good. Gave 2 stars on service because I never got my coffee refilled one time. Friendly enough just never came back after the food showed up. I'll try the pancakes next time because they looked really good.“

“This place is amazing!! Very convenient and has been a great resource in my life. I had the chance of visiting a couple weeks ago and was greeted by DAWN!! She was so amazing knowledgeable and relatable. She helped me pick out some meals even grabbed fresher dates for me because I expressed I probably wouldn’t eat all my meals in 1 to 2 days. Lol she is the reason I have come back every week now to get meals!! My first week eating these meals I lost 7lbs HOW I do not know but that’s for anyone who’s doubting them. The last couple weeks I’ve met different staff members and everyone is super nice and welcoming!! I truly enjoy this location and I will continue to come back just to see the staff alone and the meals are a plus if you ask me!!“

Update: After about 2 years, this place is still as wonderful! I highly recommend it for any gathering or just to eat out! Georgia (GiGi) was amazing! She had so much care and made us laugh sooooooo hard! Gigi knew when to come and take the order and even made sure we had everything we needed. She set the foundation for a wonderful experience. She also made sure we and our children were completely taken care of! Then Gayla, we met two years ago came and provided things for our children too. She’s left a lasting experience from even two years ago. Her section was in a different area, but she still made sure to treat us like loyalty!
Christie-the owner/manager was also the best! She always has a smile and made sure our experience was great! You can tell she truly cares so much about this place and make sure it thrives. We felt like family when we come here and hope they know how much it meant to us to treat us so wonderful!
We HIGHLY recommend this place! It’s a MUST!

“I’m not usually a fan of alcohol, but I stopped by this Waffle House on my way home and was genuinely surprised—in a good way. The woman who served me (I wish I had caught her name!) was absolutely fabulous—super friendly and welcoming. I ended up trying one of their coffee drinks, and it was delicious. I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I did. Great service, great vibe, and a great surprise at the end of a long day.“

“All star service and food tonight!! Tywonda is the best waitress I have had in awhile.. Her skills are on point and she is delightful to talk to.. I actually left smiling... And props to the cooks.. those fajita egg breakfast tacos were big and delicious... looked better than picture in the menu... too bad I couldnt take a picture... keep up the good work guys!“

“My husband and I gave the service 5 stars of the manger on duty.. We came in the server was a little bit busy The manager sit us down, give us our drinks.. not only us but the others customers after our orders were taken…, the same manager delivered our food gave us all what we ask for like the hot sauce and syrup….. we were looking at her the whole time we were at the restaurant…she was checking on each and everyone to make sure everyone okay gave us our refills not only us but the others too….it was 8:30 pm when we came she is a black lady with strong accent she is not from here we know that for sure….. we will be back thanks for your service“

“Our Server, Cheri, not only earned a 5 star review for this store, but saved it from receiving a lower 2 or 3 star. My mother order something that requires tortillas, which apparently they did not have. We didnt find this out until everyone else got their food, meaning my mom now has to watch us eat or we have to wait while our food gets cold. Cheri was very apologetic and took full accountability, and when I asked why this happened, she said that was just told about it right now.
Her service was incredible and I won’t discount her for that. But the cook whose name I found out is Zacatacus, should communicate with servers. Cooks don’t deal with upset people, servers do, and she shouldn’t get a hard time about his mistake.“

“My little getaway spot when I want to just go have breakfast alone. Not a bad place service is usually pretty good it can be a little slow but not the worst. The location could be better but not a deal breaker if your looking for a spot to go and eat this will do and if your just traveling through and need a place to eat this place will do the job. The bathroom is always clean. At least when I go tables are nice, the booths are the go-to, but all in all, I recommend“
