“I've been to First Watch a million times (hyperbole). I frequented this location more than others because it was near me. The food is always fresh and pleasant to the palate. The service personnel are often efficient. The environment is often welcoming. Today was no exception.“
“I had to hang out here while my sweet puppy was in surgery . However, I just bought coffee and told the server I was just waiting on my puppy, and he didn't hassle me at all. I appreciated the waitstaff here. Everyone was so friendly.“

(There’s not many options in Mansfield/Arlington/Grand Prairie) the establishment seemed to be run by just 2 gentlemen who kept a tight ship. Service was swift, friendly, and the food was good even at unusual hours.“

“I went here two times.The first time I got the farmhouse hash and plain pancakes. They were both amazing!The second time I went, I got the Florentine eggs Benedict and pancakes. The pancakes were really good. However the Benedict that was served with cold, untoasted ciabatta, the eggs were way too runny, and the potatoes were cold and not cooked all the way through. Our server was very understanding and had the dish remade. Although we requested the eggs to be medium-well, they were the same as the previous dish we were served. The server had the dish comped which we appreciated since we could not eat the dish.I do wish there were less pork options associated with various dishes.I will be back here again simply because of the friendly and respectful service.“
“Moved from Midlothian about 2 months ago and have been traveling with hubby occasionally. Have tried Chx & waffles in several different states now and far NO ONE can beat yours! ❤️ (not to mention I miss my Sat brunch-a-Rita! Stay awesome!“
“Food and drinks are always so damn good. Waiting staff differs and so does their quality and attention to detail, but they are always polite. Always busy, loud, and difficult to get fast seating. Outside heater barely works tho, so it's freezing out there.“
“This was the second IHOP location we visited and thankfully we entered and were seated within seconds! It is a bit cold in here, but luckily I had a jacket to keep comfortable. Me and friend lunched here around 2:30 p.m on a Wednesday and our waitress promptly waited and checked on us. I was pleasantly pleased with the breakfast bowl, it was hefty and tasty.“
“Loveeeee this place, been going here since I was a kid. Best donut shop, I refuse to go anywhere else! And they are super accommodating, they forgot my boyfriends crème filled donut one time, and they remembered the next time we went even thought we didn't! And they gave us some free treats for it. So nice.“
“This place was great. We've heard about it and read the reviews and it lives up to expectations as a great place to eat with many delicious options on the menu. It took a little time to get in but the wait was worth it. The service was excellent and the food was perfect. So glad we decided to make the stop here. We will be back.“
