“I am writing this show extreme appreciation for Jesus. Jesus was phenomenal and had awesome customer service! He was very attentive and provided my complex order with ease.

I am extremely proud Jesus. I know that no matter if he chooses to study business administration, English major to be a lawyer, or Architecture as a major in the near future, he will be successful! I know he is going to have an amazing semester this Fall 2024 and he will pass all 4 of his classes with flying colors!

Food
The food here was extremely fresh and was cooked to order. The order was perfect and tasty.

“The 11 am-4 pm $10.99 burger lunch special was good! It comes with a single cheeseburger, french fries & fountain drink. I ordered the $10.99 half-fat shack. Added fried pickles and cheddar cheese sauce. Next time I’ll only order a half or whole philly cheesesteak sandwich. The philly cheesesteak and cheddar cheese sauce I included in my fat sandwich was bomb! But the fat sandwiches aren’t my thing. It was too much going on for me to enjoy it. I guess the establishment doesn’t accept calls. No one answers the phone! When I arrived, it didn’t take long to prepare my order. The service was decent, and the establishment had a cool vibe.“

“My daughter and her family went to dinner today 03,12,24. The American manager treated them really bad, she made them wait 40 minutes with empty tables, she yelled at my daughter several times and my granddaughters witnessed everything, they started crying, my daughter was in shock and trembling because I didn't know why I treated them like that, the manager treated everyone who came very kindly except my daughter and her family, in the end she kicked them out of the restaurant for no reason, I am very angry about this incident, how sad that There are people like that in this world, I hope they fire her for being so rude, we will never set foot in that restaurant again because they are racists who don't know how to work and are worthless“

“New spot by TCU for Korean fried chicken and wings. Wonderful flavors and so worth a visit. Also try the kimchi fried rice and say yes to the pickled radish that comes with the meal. My son Robert and I enjoyed our visit and took some fried chicken home for my husband.“

They all go above there duties to make every customer feel so welcome as family. The food quality is amazing. Update…We just tried to order from here again! Well Google states that you’re open but after ordering food, waiting…I get a call that says you’re not open again! Very disappointing because this happened the first time we ordered as well. We had ordered enough for a small gathering.

Tonight I was craving chicken wings and decided to do some research to find the best place to get some delivered! Wow! Is all I can say! I’m in heaven now after devouring 20 delicious wings from this establishment! Trust me you won’t be disappointed! We will definitely return and also thanks for the excellent customer service you gave my husband and I after having a issue on Grubhub! We really appreciate it!“

“I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

“Lisa's is most certainly a gem!! Love this place. All of their food is cooked to order, so you never have to worry about getting cold food. I usually always get the Shrimp and fish. The shrimp is very good and cooked just right every time. The fish also is great and not over/undercooked. The amount of drink choices they have are great!“

“I recently had the unfortunate experience of someone stealing my food from this wingstop after ordering from Uber Eats. After receiving a cancellation notification I called wingstop and spoke to Ebony who was so nice to offer to call Uber and workout the issue, since the order had already been picked up. She even offered to remake or refund. Shortly after I received a call from Uber that the order was canceled. All the while the order was active on Uber so another driver had already been assigned. I called wingstop again, and spoke to Ebony #2, she said they remade the order and the driver had just left. But, now the order was no longer active on the app. This Ebony and the other Ebony both said to wait 10 - 15 min and call them back and they would cancel the order if it arrived. Needless to say, the order did not arrive so I called back and Ebony said they would have it ready in 10 min. These ladies, this place, really blew my mind with their excellent customer service. I just had surgery and can’t drive so the fact that they were so accommodating really made my day. Thank you both Ebony’s for going above and beyond and thank you wingstop for employing these wonderful people.“

“This is my first time here. I did a quick maps search for a nearby place to drink a couple of cold beers. I was heading to Burleson but traffic was horrendous, so I busted a "U" and was brought here. I was told it was a college bar, so I'm not sure I'd come on their busy nights, but it has certainly served It's purpose for now.
