“I should have left a review before now because I have had the wonderful food from Mia's several times. It's amazing that the food comes from a food truck. It's always hot, fresh, and just so good. My favorite is the Chicken Murphy but I've never had a bad meal! Such nice people that obviously take a lot of pride in their cooking!”

“I hardly write reviews for any one, but my visit on Saturday definitely merits a large shout-out. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, I was greeted by 6 - 7 different staff members just checking in, chips and salsa and black bean dip (AMAZING DIP), a manager or two. They heard it was my first time, so they brought me free Queso. The food is amazing. What a blessing to have a place so hospitable and FREAKING DELICIOUS in our rural part of Texas.
