Oh man the hometown feel and the employees there are great very helpful, smile and will help you with anything they can. It's a great place to pick up the stuff you need when your heading that way, to the lake, picnic or camping what have you. it's great wonderful place. The feel of it is easy going a place where you are at home, I would give it 5 stars, but I'm tough like that. (Smile) ...again, sorry no pictures. I need to get better about that.
Update: We called after seeing the owners message and they remade our chicken dinner allowing us to try it again. It was perfect. The heat was an accident and their original chicken is not spicy. The chicken was so good and thank you so much fir making it right. That goes a long way around here.The biscuits are great, the okra is made to perfection and the coleslaw was super good. The wife and I stop by on a camping trip to Lake Whitney. Fish was amazing, the chicken was delicious and the sides are wonderfully made. The to go containers for exactly what we needed for our camping trip. The first kid was even good. We will 100% be back.
