Decadent brunch dishes from a high class pig in a blanket to steak and eggs, Karat takes the bombastic aesthetic of Texas and adds savory and sweet flavors to craft amazing food. It’s a great place to spend a Saturday morning with family and friends whether it be for a casual encounter or a planned reunion.
Sat at the bar and Benjamin was really nice. The restaurant itself has a bit of an echo to it but the decor is cute. Had chicken and waffles, delicious. The chicken was tender, waffle and pepper gravy had great flavor. Staff seemed a little disorganized but overall a good experience. I would definitely go again.

I hate that this place is closing. We have only been there a couple of times but the food and service are excellent. I know Wichita Falls has a limit to how many high end places they can support but it is a shame that this one is leaving. It was cool to be in the same building where the Zales corporation got its start nationwide.
