Taco Bell in Wichita Falls

“My husband is a marine vet today he walked into this store to use their restroom and the woman manager there had told us that this was not a public restroom and told to leave when in fact he had money in his pocket he just had a emergency to the bathroom first and they made him leave he and I have spent a lot of money there and this is the first time they had told us we had to go and couldn’t use there restroom they will be reported to the BBB in the next couple days“

“I order here often and take food to the nearby nursing home. The tacos and burritos are always fresh, full, and delicious. I usually have to modify something in the order, and it's always done correctly. I love that they pay attention to detail and are friendly and fast on top of everything else.“

“I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered the steak fajita chalupa 2 pk. It was sooooo good. Seriously. Very good quality. Drive thru was fast. Food was hot. Shout out to the staff working 6/20 around 8pm. I hope the management team sees this.“

“pulled up at the drive thru and ordered my food, when i paid and received my food one of the items wich is normally laying flat in the pkg(Quesadilla) was all piled together because they were out of big sacks. at first the attendant was im sry. However i went inside the building to just get m,y money back because of the quality of the food. The store manager came out and was very polite as were the other employees, she said let me make you another personally ands she did. everything was handled very professional and i was happy. Kuddos to the manager on duty for handling this in a way that everyone was happy“

“I had no expectations when i came. The lady at the drive through window was very nice and accomodating. I asked for potatoes instead of meat on my breakfast burrito. Also had coffee. It was very deli ious! I am a foodie and very picky but it was very good. Coffee was as good or better than the fancy foo foo coffees. I will definitely be back!“
