Understaffed, but food is generally pretty good. Places like this need attention to keep operating, it’s as if the staff doesn’t care. Having to literally get up to get another drink or order more food won’t cut it. Clean up the bathrooms for god sake. A door that’s entirely off in the men’s room and a very obviously neglected cleaning regimen doesn’t speak well to the cleanliness of the facility in general. The managers are constantly drunk. Especially Richard. He will be so drunk he can’t stand up straight. Richard is very rude to his employees. My boyfriend had to quit (which they try to say he was fired) because Richard was so terrible to him. I watched it first hand for months. The managers sleep on the job, and they also make promises to their employees for certain benefits or promotions, then don’t go through with it.
