The menu includes egg drop soup, hot n sour soup, wonton soup, miso soup, house special beef, general tso chicken, kung pao chicken, Mongolia beef, sautéed vegetables, tofu, orange n sesame chicken, sautéed veggies n green beans, chicken n pork dumplings, cream cheese wonton, pho, pad Thai, and more. Many say it is the best Asian food they've had, best in Texas, and best we have ever tasted or eaten. Staff are friendly and service is pretty good, though customers sometimes need to ask for water refills or boxes to go. Sriracha is on the tables for extra flavor. The bathrooms are outside in a different building and the driveway and parking lot have potholes. Despite these minor issues, Bamboo Garden remains a favorite for its tasty food and generous portions.
