We had them cater our son’s rehearsal dinner, and it was AMAZING! We had gone to taste prior and immediately loved the brisket, smoked turkey was incredible, and delicious potato salad, awesome mac & cheese!!

I drive through Wimberley often and have been meaning to try this place out and glad I finally did. The brisket is top tier for central TX, moist with an excellent bark. The ribs were amazing as well, perfectly tender and sauced. Even the potato salad was superior to many other I've had. The staff were very friendly and food came out quickly. I can't wait to return to try some of their other meats. This place deserves to be on the next Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ.
Ordered the brisket tacos, absolutely phenomenal. I realized I forgot to buy a water with my purchase and they gave it to me on the house. Not only that, after I sat down, the owner came out and hand delivered me a sample of their turkey. Absolutely will come here again when I’m in the area.
