“The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.“

“The bright spot of my night after receiving the worst service from your neighbors over at KFC, I received the best night time service from your team. Y’all took the order accurately and happily. Then promptly served me with the most cheerful attitude. The cashier was hilarious and though you could clearly see that everyone was working to prepare for the end of the night, you did not skimp on the service and made sure I was aware of the survey for a free dilly bar. “This is the place where my best friend and I go, when we just need a place to “land.” It’s our “home away from home,” you could say. The team at this CFA restaurant goes above and beyond each and every day with each and every customer that walks through those doors. For us, it’s been a place, where we’ve felt safe to walk through loss and grief, as we lost my best friend’s husband to Pancreatic Cancer. At CFA, Cancer didn’t exist. We have found friends, who are now our family; people, whom we love, and who love us. The food brings us comfort and fills our tummies at times, when nothing else will do. The Directors at this location (Jonathan, David, and new to us, Valentina) run this ship like a well-oiled machine… and trust me, we’ve been there for some of their record-breaking days. Katrina, Tanner, Mallory and more all welcome us with a smile and take care of our needs — whatever they may be. Woman taking the order and payment was professional and the woman handing out food at the second window was friendly. Decently fast for McDonald's especially getting food so late. “Taco Villa at 79th and Milwaukee is, in my opinion, the best Taco Villa in Lubbock. The people working here are fast, friendly and really work to make the place something special. I bring my grandkids here to eat and play in the indoor playground. They love it here. The food is consistently the best tasting and prepared just how we like it. The management does a great job of keeping this place in great order. Any time, day or night, you can count on the quality showing through at this store.“
