“We have been ordering from Marco's for a minute. Love their puzza and salads!! We had a small issue arise. I did bring it to their attention and sent in a detailed account with a picture. Well the owner contacted me directly, he was friendly and professional. He proposed an equitable solution and it was accepted. I have highly recommended Marco's Pizza in the past...by word of mouth. However, I believed I needed to give a proper shout out and thank them for their attention.“

“Never been to a Bush’s chicken before the girl that worked the register had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! What she recommended was so good hands down the best chicken tenders we have had! We asked for extra and boy did she load us up! Thank you!“

“Went there for the first time on Wednesday July 3rd thought it would e good idea to pick up and eat at the airport. Well the napkins were in the box with the wings so they were all greasy and the Waco airport doesn't have paper towels. I did ask for a couple of napkins before I left the restaurant so I had 2 in my purse. My husband enjoyed the wings and the fries were great . Will sip on our return home. Only suggestion don't put the napkins in with the food. Muck prosperity to you all.“

“I ordered the 12 pc family meal and it ranks as follows:
Chicken tenders: excellent! Very tender and juicy! Very flavorful.
Biscuits: soft and fluffy, but plain
Fries: good!!! I like the spices they use and were fried just right!
Mac and cheese: Delicious! Liked this second best after the tenders.

Service was good! Ladies behind the counter were nice!

Downsides: There is no place to eat there, just a bar type island against the window. I wish they had bone-in chicken, cuz if the tenders are that juicy, I’d love to try bone-in chicken! Also, I ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened tea instead! It wasn’t horrible, but I’m a sweet tea kind of gal! Overall it was good.“

“I’ve never reviewed a meal online but I think everyone should know this about the Hewitt Pizza Hut. I’ve been ordering from this location since 2002. I always get the same thing (stuff crust, black olives, jalapeños, mushrooms with Canadian bacon but the pizza they gave me was imo….. PERFECTION!!. They always make a decent pizza but literally there was absolutely nothing that could be done to improve this pizza. Wasn’t greasy, not over or undercooked. Toppings didn’t fall off and not one single spot on this pizza showed any signs of burnt or black spots. I HOPE SOMEONE TOOK A PICTURE OF THIS PIZZA BECAUSE CORPORATE SHOW GIVE YALL AN AWARD! Really, great job guys! By far the best stuff crust pizza ever! Also, congrats on being my very first good review…. I hate wasting time but today was worth it. First meal in awhile that made me feel as if I underpaid. Thanks!“

“I don't think I've ever eaten here but I have to say, the pizza was good. Service and atmosphere was about what you'd expect. Not an adult in sight and the teenagers running the place where more interested in each other and their cell phones than actual service. That being said, I go back to the fact that this pizza was pretty darn good. Nice crunch to the crust and just the right amount of sauce.“

You guys where some of the only dine in's open. 107 S George Kacir Dr, I have never seen a group of young people work so well together. I can see the manager running this location. I been in the food business many years. I cant even get some adults to work so well together. GOOD JOB !!!“

He and the staff at Pizza Hut near Baylor University are outstanding in their professionalism, attention to details, and making sure the customers have a positive experience from their visit to this strategically placed restaurant along I-35 in Waco.“
