Pardon the long review, but it’s merited. Wylie has its first bonafide Chef driven restaurant and it is fantastic. Not knowing if it was going to be busy we made reservations online. After passing the patio which will be perfect in great weather, we were greeted at the door by Executive Chef himself, Chef Burak. The restaurant was warm, cozy and friendly. It was really perfect for match for the BBQ and Tex Mex fusion menu. The staff was attentive and friendly, but more importantly...
Had a wonderful dinner at Ferah Smokehouse & Catina. The service was really great, never had an empty water glass! The food was delicious, very flavorful! Ended with a smoked whiskey that was presented beautifully!
We had salmon, ribeye and pasta. ALL were cooked and plated to perfection! Delicious, generous portions and beautiful presentation.
Salmon better than some 5 star places I have been.
Creme Brule was exquisite! Waitstaff just charming, on the ball and attentive, not hovering..thank you Teagan. . I would give the whole experience 10 stars out of 5!
