Great ice cream, but a total headache if you use the rewards app. This location doesn't have a QR scanner, and the staff couldn't manually apply my active welcome offer despite seeing the live countdown on my screen. I tried everything to make it work, but the system just wouldn't cooperate. If you’re looking to redeem points or 'Sweet Spot' rewards, you might want to skip this specific store.

This place was great! They did a great job with the cake and I really appreciate Micah for his help! The first cake fell in the car and he replaced it with another cake free of charge! He was so generous!

The staff did an amazing job with our cookie cake! Was able to prepare and draw a design we wanted in, seriously, under 20 minutes. Everyone at the party enjoyed the cake and were going back for seconds. Highly recommend for your party! ☺️
