If I could leave negative stars, I would. The absolute worst customer service ever. The cashier was rude, unprofessional and a pitiful excuse for a person titled as a service professional.Further more, when I expressed my concern to the customer service desk, they could care less. Absolutely appalling , Kroger has fallen so far away from their standards. They used to have the best customer service but now they are no better than "W"
So we purchase money orders to pay the store rent as well as our rent This morning, my spouse went to get money orders and was refused.He called the Manager who said that there are Federal Laws and his employee saw him come in early to purchase money orders.My spouse said that he did not and asked Manager to look at the camera which he refused and was arguing and could not explain the laws he was referringto.My spouse is not American and has a strong accent so I am sure if it...read full review
