This store has no concept of customer service. While they carry a good selection of products, the many times I have been to this store, I have only had one good customer service experience and that was from the person at Starbucks. Even though this is the closest store to home , I choose to go to the further one in Sachse or even Garland, because THEY do customer service very well.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. The absolute worst customer service ever. The cashier was rude, unprofessional and a pitiful excuse for a person titled as a service professional.Further more, when I expressed my concern to the customer service desk, they could care less. Absolutely appalling , Kroger has fallen so far away from their standards. They used to have the best customer service but now they are no better than "W"

This place SUCKS!.. placed a grocery order through them on my mobile app, they changed the delivery times once payment went through.. to 4 hours later.. I called the store.. they put it on instacart. I explained I ordered it through them and they continue to claim it's not their fault it's on instacart..
