Jimmy John's in Ogden

“Ordered delivery once again from Jimmy John's today, only problem was that they forgot my drink. Everything else in my order was great though and when I called the store to ask about my drink they were very kind and understanding. They quickly delivered the drink and even gave me 2 extra brownies. It was very considerate of them and I appreciate them going out of their way to make a second trip just for 1 drink. Also every time I have gone to the store (I always use the drive through) they have always been very fast in preparing my order and always are very friendly. 100% would recommend Jimmy John's ^^“

“The last two times I have order from this location my order has been wrong. Not a big deal accidents happen, but they have never been helpful. They always say I have to come back and get a new one or write my name down for a remake. When I question them and I’m frustrated the staff is always rude. I love Jimmy John’s but this location is not it. I will am just going to drive further for my right order.Update: Ryan reached out personally and was amazing. He operates this location and was kind and asked for my feedback. I have never had this dedication to customer service in my life. I am willing to try this store again just because of him.
