My compliments to the chef 2pm 9/13/24. I ordered take out and it was delicious in every way. Presentation was excellent (it was take out!) looked great ~ more importantly it tasted great ~ so fresh. I am most appreciative.
We used to love black bear, but the last 3 visits it’s the same story. Slow service, poor quality food, and order issues. His time takes the cake. We waited over 5 minutes for anyone to even offer us water. Cocktail sauce was rancid, and items were missing. We were charged for a refill on a kids drink (included in the kids meal) just so many issues that continue to get worse.
Signed in and was told it was be a 20 min wait. Waited 45 min went up and asked the hostess said we would be next and took two more and then a third and cleared and everyone that was there and that came in while we where waiting! Wow we came out of state not coming worse place
