Shon at the American Fork location was so friendly! He was hardworking but fun to talk to. The food is always great too!!!
I understand staffing shortages, however, cleanliness can not be compromised. We were there for over 40 minutes and the trash was full and people were just piling dishes on near by tables. I said so metro the staff and they said they didn’t have anyone to do it. I suggested pulling someone off the salad or something for 5 minutes to clear a space. I rather my food be slower and have a place to sit and not look at piling up garbage.

Ordered online and pulled up to get our food right when it should have been ready. 20 minutes later, after trying to call for 10 mins and someone continually answered and hung up, was able to get through only to find out that the curbside order that we had placed was placed in the in store pickup area. Nice, my hot soup in the bag with his cold salad for 20 mins.
