Came in to pick up online order AFTER the promised time. Went to the pickup register. Three men who appeared to be managers ignored me for 2-3 minutes. Finally one greeted me, but we still had to wait several minutes more for food to be ready.

I went to zupas after a long day of work and there was the nicest young man that was the first person I interacted with. Turns out, he had already worked 12 hours today, but was still the most jovial and friendly and super awesome at his customer service! There are so many young people that just don't do good customer service these days and it made me so happy to run into him and his joy that he admitted. It made my long day and so much better!

Kyle was so helpful and kind. I use the ZUPAS app and I accidentally had my location for the riverton one, not my usual AF location. I called and Kyle was so happy to make me my bowl and bring it out to me, no extra charge. That was so nice and I’m sooo grateful! They are the best in the area with hospitality.
