Went for lunch today with husband. Food was good and the price was good. Problem was our waiter. He started out ok but then totally forgot about us once we got our food. I could see him in the back room behind a window on his phone for literally like 15 minutes then didn’t see him for 5 more after that . Finally came out and checked on tables around us walking right past us . We never got refills on drinks so couldn’t finish our food. Finally had to wave him down and...
Feeling a little bummed with chilis lately. It took awhile to get our food but totally understand just due to it being a little busy. But we weren’t checked on when we got our food once, and with the price of things on the menu was hoping for better quality. Not gross, just not cooked to order. Ordered a medium rare steak and it came out very well done and dry. And the broccoli was just raw broccoli on a plate. Not horrible. But not good sadly.
Ayden is a delicious man. He served not only food but sustenance and looks. The food was good, but the service is scrumptious.
I always thought Chillis was the best but our server Ayden made this restaurant 6 stars. I love him. He makes this place. Ayden I love you.
