I love cupbop at it's best, but I've tried this location 3 times now, and it's been inconsistent. I unfortunately have always had at least one or two parts of my cup be stale and cold. For example, last time I had the rock bop and krunch bop, and the krunch was fresh and delicious, but the rock bop was hard and stale. The rice was also a little stale. I'll probably go again because it's close and has such high potential, but the other locations have been...

You're not going there for the ambiance and cocktails. You're going for some of the best Korean fast food that you've been missing out on, and you won't be disappointed.
