Every time I come here, the service is fast, the team is super kind and chill, and the food is absolutely on point—perfect every time. You can tell this place is run well. The manager is always there, working hard and setting the tone. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and it shows in the energy and quality across the board.

The food is so good, but they used to be a cafe style where they’d make it as you order and now they don’t. We waited 15 minutes to get a bowl and this way of service is not very appealing.

Rock Bop recipe changed. Tough, uniform balls of prefrozen chicken. They got rid of my favorite garlic butter sauce. Just no more reason to crave this place. Shark tank = corner cutting for profit.
