“I was having a horrible day and was considering eating at 31 flavors and something in my spirit told me to eat at cold stone. I walked in out of the blistering cold and immediately smelled the beautiful scent of cold stone ice cream. I walked up to the counter and asked for a free sample and this ray of sunshine Haley (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) walked up and said “what can I get you” I felt this heart of stone break and start shining with luv and said “nah I’m good” and then left. “I went to this location. There have been a two experiences that have stood out to me about their customer service. The first was when I got the wrong order. I called and they were so gracious and kind to remake my order correctly. They were very professional. The second time a reward on my app was not working and I went in to ask about it. The women who helped was so kind to me about it. She got her manager to help further and the man that helped was so professional and calm about the situation. I was impressed by the customer service. He was able to help me. Then, while my order was being made, the girl that helped me was very cheerful and chatted with me like she knew me so well. I was very impressed. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was really impressed by them all. Those on shift this time deserve 5 stars.“
