Del Mar replaced arugably the best Mexican restaurant in UT county (and maybe all of UT, random half-Mexican-guy opinion), but this place is still pretty good.My wife got the shrimp tacos and I got the birria tacos. My new favorite restaurant! The quesadilla birria is delicious. The shrimp tacos, fish tacos, and street tacos are all great (and cheap on Tuesday).Edit: Dropping my review to 4 stars. They have changed the format and unfortunately it takes too long so I am usually not able to eat here for lunch anymore. Before, you would order immediately at the counter and sit down. Now you have to wait to be seated, wait for the server to take your order, then wait for your food and check....read full review

Very good, better than I expected even with 4.7 stars. The free chips and salsa are the best I've had at a restaurant like this. We got the shrimp Baja tacos and the ceviche tostada with fish. The shrimp tacos were the best I had. I also liked the beans. The rice was average. The ceviche was less fish forward, but was still good. We went for an early dinner so it was empty. The building interior is nice.A little pricey, but good value.
