“First time I went during pretty calm hours (only customer at the time), was helped immediately, staff gave recommendations, and only took 3 to 5 minutes to prepare a basic order of wings and fries. Really crispy wings, very tasty sweet potato fries.“

“Had an amazing meal here! Started with the hot stone pot bibimbap and mango bingsu for dessert.
The protein options were great. they offer chicken, pork, and beef, and we tried both the beef and chicken versions, which were both excellent. My partner isn’t a huge fan of gochujang (the traditional Korean chili pepper sauce), so we went with the house sauce, a soy-based option instead, and it was just as delicious.
The real showstopper was the mango bingsu. It’s easily big enough for two people to share. One word: heaven in my mouth.
Highly recommend for anyone craving Korean comfort food with options for different spice preferences!“

“Bonchon is so delicious!! We got the sampler plate and i have no cons. The fries are really good, nice and crispy. The bones on the wings fell right off and cooked perfectly. Normally when I get korean fried chicken it doesn’t even taste double fried but the drumsticks had the perfect crunch around it. We got it with their house sauce and it was so tasty. The guy who took our order was also very nice and respectful which always makes your experience better. I’d definitely recommend this place and i will be coming back:)“

“I was visiting Utah with family and found this place. Service was phenomenal. We got a K-dawg, 4 Cupbops and a Mega Mandoo. I found out after ordering that the 4 Cupbops and Mega Mandoo is part of a group meal which is much cheaper and I didn’t see until after ordering. I brought it up to them and the refunded and recharged the meal and gave me the K-dawg for free. Even after leaving a generous tip it saved me $15.00. If I could give 6 stars for service I would. Food was great. If you don’t regularly eat spicy food recommend starting at a 5 and moving from there. Highly recommend this place.“

“We absolutely loved the food here! Just the right amount of spicy and plenty of sauce. Condiments are clean and sorted on the front counter and are separated in their own closed cups to easily take with you. The whole place was very clean and the server was very kind and quick too. Food was hot and delicious! Definitely coming back here again!“

Returned to give this another chance. Requested the chicken to be cooked longer this time and it came out wonderfully. The crispiness was perfect and the chicken was full of flavor. No change in the shop, everything was wiped down and clean, the music wasn't too loud, and the service was quick. The cost to value ratio is pretty good, however it would be nice to have more options as sides. Not quite a favorite restaurant, but one that I will highly consider returning to in the future.
Overall it was a pretty average experience, nothing too special. Arrived right before the dinner rush and the food took the expected time to come out, it was hot and fresh which is great.
I got the fried chicken but it was undercooked being slightly pink and rubbery. The flavor and outside crispiness was great, I just couldn't bring myself to finish the inner chicken.
The shop wasn't anything too special, the tables were clean and staff was nice. I'm willing to give it another shot due to all the other great reviews and flavor, just not a great first experience.

“The food is great the service is always inviting and the people working there are so nice, if you ask them to remake or change the order they do it right away- sometimes it gets a bit busy and the food takes a while but other than that it’s great all around“
