Called 5 minutes before we went to make sure they had there ice cream machine up because it was 30 minutes til close the woman says yes. We get there and tell me they aren’t serving ice cream. So I’m irritated and order fries and pickle fries anyway the pickle fries are basically mush don’t even look appetizing and none of them are fully breaded, half breaded mush, breading falls off when picking up the pickle's…I’m disappointed and won’t be back to this location.

I stopped by about one o'clock in the afternoon, I ordered a kids meal with chicken strips and tater tots. The chicken strips were dry and hard and the tater tots were cold.The Coke like it had been setting there for a long time.Was all watered down. I don't usually complain, but when I get food that's unedible.It really sucks.

Went to a stall, waited 10 minutes and nobody showed up. Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order was pretty terrible. We got to the window and they got the order wrong. Wrong drink, only 3pc chicken instead of 5, wrong size milkshake.

For serving fast food they are definitely not fast. Every time we have been here it takes forever to get our food. And each time our food has been cold. We are from the south where sonic is very popular, but I have no interest in coming back here again after the service we have had each time.
