Got the eclipse shake with no glasses after asking them if they still had some in stock before I ordered it. My Dr Pepper was nearly clear and they didn’t notice so I got a cup of carbonated water essentially. My chili cheese corn dog tasted like the hot dogs and buns you buy from dollar general

Had to stir all my drinks. All my add ins were on the bottom. The slush with nerds was bad all the syrup and needs was All on the bottom I got a white slush with red on the bottom then reeses and oreo blast was just ice cream and all the sides in the bottom of the cup. Better ask them to use their machines to mix it before you leave

worst customer service ever! wendy’s and sonic are tied for sure. They just want you out of there especially the ones that take orders. they don’t even say hi they say what do you want and it makes me feel less of a person because at my job we are trained and the customers are #1 priority but looks like sonic doesn’t care about customers just the money.
