“El Bambi Cafe & Truck Stop I would like to sincerely thank Mandi and her crew at El Bambi for providing us an amazing and absolutely delicious meal to fuel us up for our field trip to Bryce Canyon NP. We’re ready to conquer the trails after Mandi very generously offered all of our students and chaperones pancake breakfast. 🥞🥞🥞🥓 We probably wouldn’t be able to keep doing these sorts of trips without support from our community. You can bet El Bambi has a customer for life in me, but I must tell you, the food was amazing. If you’re driving through Beaver this summer and need a meal- I highly suggest you stop by and meet this amazing group of superheroes.“
