Mexican Restaurants in Beaver

“We've visited this restaurant several times as we pass through central Utah. We like your restaurant so much we now even plan to stay at a Beaver hotel just so we can get dinner from you.“

“This place was very cute kind of hard to find because it is embedded within a campground. The prices for the food are very reasonable, and the homemade salsa are delicious. If you are a vegetarian, make sure to look at the back of the menu to find vegetarian options. We had a very interesting vegetarian tamale, it was an open face tamale, covered with many different vegetables and cheese. I have never had anything like it, and it was quite good. My husband also had one and also a cheese enchilada. The servers were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. If you have a large group though, you need to make a reservation. I haven’t seen too many recent reviews so I wanted to leave one that is more current.“
