“Would give 6 stars if it were an option! I'm just an old guy who.moved to Utah 15 years ago from San Diego but this taco trailer has some of the most authenticexican food in Utah. Everything hom made including the corn tortillas and amazing sauces. Who does that any more?! Very reasonable prices and large portions. The city would not let them have a table, chairs, umbrella but there are a couple of clean benches under share 30 feet away at the Laundromat where in the back is also a clean bathroom.
Sweet, humble family run stand I will stop here whenever along I-15 near Fillmore. Wish them every success❣️

“Moving from Idaho and Menudo being one of my favorite meals to eat. I went today for the first time and they had it, and let me tell you. It was hands down one of the BEST menudos I’ve ever had. Their adobada tacos were so good, the salsa was so flavorful. Their drinks they had today were AMAZING. We will definitely be regulars there!! Also the rice pudding (arroz con leche) and the 3 leches cake the mom gave me today was so good. I will definitely be calling her for all my cake needs!!! I honestly was so happy I stopped by, and everyone was super friendly. I could go on and on about this place. I recommend to everyone in Millard County!“
