Slowest McDonald’s have even been too like waited for 30 min in the drive thru for 0 reason slow
Literally worst McDonalds ever. I’ve been to it over 30 times, and it always takes over 15 mins just for food to get at my table. Literally nobody else in drive thru or in store, and it still takes 15 minutes. And its always cold an soggy. The overall place is disgusting, I’ve never seen it clean. Staff acts like you are an inconvenience besides 2 other people. Seth is the best worker there ever. I have to wait 5 minutes to get their attention at the counter. Half the time...read full review

The McDonald’s in Bluffdale, UT, is a newer, large, and fancy location. It is clean and well lit with lots of drive up windows. The employees are kind, friendly, and sweet, and one young staff member helped whenever assistance was needed. A generous ginger young guy gave extra sauce when asked. However, the service is very slow, and the location has been short staffed. Napkins and Ketchup were out, and all ordering was through kiosks. There are no sight lines with any employee and no register or ordering area with a person. Anyone coming inside had to wait at least 5-10 min for a staff member for anything, bathroom, sauces, or help. The lobby was a bit messy and not being cleaned, and tables never seem to get cleaned. Food came out okay, but a burger was cold, kids burgers were cold, and kids apples had stems in them. Vanilla cones were crafted and stacked to perfection. A cheeseburger and a large fry were ordered. There seem to be some real management problems here. It is the World’s Slowest Yet Friendliest McDonald’s. If in a rush, definitely do not stop here.
