“They were friendly. The line was organized fine. They could not find the drink on the menu I wanted. So I ask for what cold brew teas they hate. The work was new and maybe was confused. She told me all the cold brew coffee she had apparently because I ended up getting a peach cooler tea and I hate coffee. I ended up giving it to a family member who likes tea so it was not wasted.“

“I’ve been to Maddox before but tonight was amazing. Our server was Kenny E. And he did an outstanding job. Our big party of 10 was seated and he managed us very well. He kept our rolls topped up, drinks topped up, and offered a lid for my child’s cup before we even thought of it. He handled any problems we had very well, and made sure we were taken care of. He did a phenomenal job and it was a positive experience!“
