“Yvette is such a sweetheart! I've only been in twice, but she still remembered me, which meant a lot! She is very genuine and makes not only great coffee, but fantastic breakfast bagel sandwiches!! Highly recommend! I'll definitely be back for more!“

“(Little things matter) My wife and I have been coming here for a couple of years now. Service is incredible and the coffee even more so but what I LOVE most is how the employees make you feel when you arrive. All of them not just one but all the employees!!! Does not matter who you are or what you look like, how your or their day has been. I have seen the employees make many people happy and smile with a very short conversation my self and others just by observing their interaction with people in front of me in the drive through. You come for coffee but you leave with more! Coffie and a full heart!“

“They are always on point. I had an energy plam beach drink was excellent choice. The nursing facility staff gets drinks for the staff. The service is always fast and the employees are punctual and polite on big orders.“

“Was not our plan to get Boba drinks but the sign looked good and the place looked cozy so we went in! They helped us newbies out a ton and make sure we were all happy with our drinks! We got 3 different types of drinks and all were so good! Definitely worth the hype as well a nice refreshment walking around! Thanks guys! Can’t wait to be a regular!“

“Lovely and cozy little coffee spot. My girlfriend and I did a coffee date there this morning. I had the breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and thought it was very yummy. We both had one of their current seasonal drinks and really enjoyed them. There is limited seating, but wasn't a problem this morning.“

“During our recent trip to Salt Lake City, we unexpectedly stumbled upon a delightful new coffee shop during a coffee break. I was genuinely surprised by their extensive menu, which offered options far superior to those typically found at Starbucks or Peet's Coffee. Both their hot and cold beverages were incredibly delicious and satisfying. I sincerely hope this fantastic establishment considers opening a location in the Bay Area in the near future.“

“I normally don’t go to Starbucks but I really needed a coffee. I didn’t know what to order, there were so many options. Tracy took her time with me , and helped me decide. She was so sweet and patient with me. Tracy made my visit to Starbucks a great experience. I will certainly be going back a couple times a week now . Starbucks needs more wonderful employees like Tracy.“

“Update: policy was removed, thank you! Tried to charge 2 dollars extra because my fiancé doesn’t do ice machine ice because of potential mold. We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this. I would think that’s a corporate decision not a managers choice. Either way we left the drive through and drove 2 minutes up the road to Starbucks.“

“I have visited this location on multiple occasions and am generally satisfied. In my last couple of visits, there have been issues with drinks being incorrect; don’t write a review on a “one off experience” so this was worth mentioning.
However, today’s visit was EXCEPTIONAL! We had asked for the barista to just double check a request, as there had been a few mistakes recently. Brecklyn unexpectedly refunded our current order, apologized for previous mistakes, not likely done by them, and also gave reassurance that the beverage today would Be correct and to go further and offer “your next one’s on us” ! Coming from customer service, this was so refreshing!!! Thanks Brecklyn! Starbucks is lucky to have you!!!“

“Normally the employees at scooters are wonderful but the two girls working there today August 18th at 430 were absolutely the most unfriendly people I’ve ever encountered there! I ordered ahead and and had to wait because they had not even started to make my drink. There was no one else there and you would think they would have time to make one drink in 5 minutes! Those two girls couldn’t smile if they had to!“
