The food is delicious always hot and fresh. And get what ordered. But every time I get delivery and order off of door dash. I can only select one sauce packet. And I usually order some rangoons and egg rolls and Everytime they only give 2 sweet and sour sauce packets when I need 6-8. And I can't message the dasher to add extra cause they turned that option off. Which is super annoying. Cause 2 packets isn't enough for 2 spring rolls, 1 egg roll and 3 rangoons.
Food is always good, service is fast and food is made quickly. I wanted to shout out Gemalyn. She always asks if I would like the teriyaki chicken cut up smaller for my toddler, if she notices my toddler has dropped her fork or something she will get a new one. She is fast and pleasant at the register and always remembers everything. This attention to detail makes panda our favorite place for lunch!

Panda Express offers delicious food that is always hot and fresh. The food is good, and the service is fast and food is made quickly. The people are very helpful and kind, and the place is clean and fresh. One location may be slower, as it took a while to get the food compared to other locations, and it needs more staff or fast check out. Another time, the food was not ready at 11 even though they open at 10, and there was a 15 minute wait both times for them to cook it. When an order mistake happened, the manager fixed the problem, remade the entire order, and added egg rolls and a drink. A team member always asks if the teriyaki chicken should be cut up smaller for a toddler, gets a new fork if one is dropped, is fast and pleasant at the register, and remembers everything. Delivery orders through door dash only allow one sauce packet, and orders with rangoons and egg rolls only get 2 sweet and sour sauce packets when 6-8 are needed for 2 spring rolls, 1 egg roll and 3 rangoons. Five stars.
