This McDonald's location offers a mix of experiences, with some customers praising the friendly service and fresh food. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the ability to customize meals according to dietary needs are highlighted. The fast service and friendly staff are consistent with what is expected from McDonald's. Additionally, the restaurant features a large play area for children.
Customers have noted that the fries are almost always hot, but not always. There are two order lines, but only one exit, which can be convenient for customers to catch up on their texting. The drive-thru is often faster than dining in, which can take 10-15 minutes for simple orders. The restaurant is popular with sports fans, who may have to wait a bit longer but can take advantage of the $1 per minute wait time. The manager is always working hard to ensure everything is done right, and the staff are praised for their kind and patient attitude, even when dealing with customer drama.
Overall, this McDonald's provides a positive experience for many customers, with friendly employees, customizable meals, and a convenient layout. However, some menu items, like the Hot & Spicy McChickens, can be inconsistent. While the burgers are generally good, some meals may not meet expectations. The store can sometimes get messy, but the employees are noted as amazing and kind, making this McDonald's a popular choice.
