The new policy that your mobile order has to be ready to be in the drive through is very dumb. There were no cars behind me and I was asked to keep driving around. I’m not sure what the point is in making mobile orders drive around until their order is ready but then still taking orders at the window. Makes zero sense.
I haven't been to Starbucks in 4 years... I decided to treat myself this morning! Big let down. Of course they were out of the breakfast sandwich I wanted so I ordered the egg, bacon, and gouda sandwich! There was a piece of bacon, it wasn't even a half of a piece, folded and hanging out of the side. Even if I unfolded it, it did Not reach the other side of this tiny, little sandwich that was also ice cold!! I spent $13.00 for the medium coffee and this little sandwich!!...
We stopped here on our way to SLC from CA and the staff was VERY nice. Nice atmosphere and very clean. I would love to comeback here anytime we roadtrip again. I 100% recommend this place, my son was the one who placed his order and I was very happy when she looked at him and listened to him as more places don’t because he’s a child. Very pleased and nice experience
