“It pains me to write a bad review because we have had such good food here. But in an effort to keep the same quality of pizza we expect from Lucky Slice, I’m leaving this review. We bought 3 XL pizzas for the Rose Bowl last Monday. They were Pepperoni, The Carnivore and the Herbavore / Veggie. The Herbavore was grossly undercooked, so undercooked you could not pick up the pizza without it sliding off the soggy dough. It was not even editable. Veggie pizza produces a lot of juices so I get may be a little tricky to get cooked correctly. We have never had this problem before and it was a big disappointment for it to be well, really gross pizza. I hope you all can correct this and we can count on you for great pizza in the future.“

“Stopped by The Pie in Ogden and overall had a pretty good experience. The pizza is definitely on the heavier side — super cheesy, loaded with toppings, and full of flavor. If you like that thick, indulgent kind of pizza, this place will hit the spot. We got a half-and-half to try different styles and both were solid.

The vibe inside is casual and kind of old-school, which fits the place. Staff was helpful and our order came out in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are a little up there depending on what you get, but the portions are big enough to share or take home.

Not something I’d eat all the time, just because it’s so rich, but for a weekend splurge or when you’re really craving pizza, it’s definitely a solid choice.“

“I can't remember the names of the slices I got but the red one had a deep and rich tomato flavor, they both had just the right amount of bread to sauce. And the green one was fantastic, I think it had garlic and chives sauce, with tomato and some other cheezes toppings. It had the perfect amount of crunch while not being dry at all.
My breadstick was also pretty good. I really liked the marinara sauce. I'm not sure how to describe it but it was fantastic.“

“I love going to Westside Pizza. It's always a fun atmosphere and the food tastes amazing. Mark is always my favorite worker to have help me. He's fun, and full of energy and genuinely wants to help me every time I go in. When the wait is longer than expected, he offers me a cup for water and asks if there is anything he can get for me while I wait. I've watched him do the same for other customers. I pass multiple pizza places on my way to Westside, but it's worth it every time.“

“First time here and was totally happy with the entire visit from service, food, and atmosphere. The server was on point there when needed and disappeared out of sight. The music was great for the environment not to loud to interrupt our conversation. The food was great from the bread to the main course. The Lasagna was amazing recommend it to anyone. “I ordered off of dordash. The pizza was amazing. The crust and sauce didn't have an overload of sugar like the chain restaurants have. The veggies were fresh and the bottom of the crust was cooked perfectly. The meat toppings tasted great and the pizza was not greasy. “I have to say, I'm a little bummed. We ordered three pizzas on Sunday, and the previous Friday we placed an order for three pizzas and two pastas.
The issue we had was with our order on Sunday. We've been hosting parties at our house over the summer and we have quite a few people who really enjoy ham and pineapple on their pizza.

We ordered a large pizza with EXTRA pineapple, EXTRA ham, and black olives. We get the zza delivered and it had what we thought to be less than average amount of ham and pineapple.

Other than charging us EXTRA for extra toppings and NOT getting them, this location is pretty decent.
The pizza has been cooked well, and gets delivered rather quickly.

I will say I'm surprised our last two orders were delivered by Door Dash and not by Pizza Hut drivers.

All in all, they cook the zza well and deliver within the estimated time-frame. Just don't order extra toppings, because you will be charged for them but won't receive them.“

“We took our party of nine to Mod Pizza in Layton to celebrate a birthday. The employees were very friendly and professional, and got our custom pizzas made and baked in no time at all. And they tasted great!

Only bummer for me, personally...(and get why they don't do this, but) I always wish they had vegan cheese. “Never had this happen before, but we ordered two medium pizzas and they were both missing a small slice. It looked like it had been cut out. I don't know if maybe they sliced the dough before they cooked it and put the toppings on and it split and as it was cooking? And also, two of the pieces on the olive pizza are different heights, suspicious that it may have actually come from different pizza? It doesn't make sense the two of those pieces would have risen higher than the rest of the pieces.“
