The formula works for the Pizza Factory. We have been to locations throughout the area, and the spiral breadsticks are consistently great. Pizzas are good with a great variety of toppings and sauces.My wife had the salad bar, it was fresh, the area around it was clean. Great food, Kyndra is super kind and helpful. I appreciate that I always get good service. The bread twists are a personal fave as well as the creamy pesto.Kid-friendliness: Good variety and easy to customize
