The WORST service I have ever experienced was at this establishment. The 4 girls being paid to be there were too busy standing around, scowling, talking to each other and on their phones to be able to provide any kind of quality customer service. When I asked how much longer for my 1 item, a bagel, she gave me an eye roll, tongue click, and turned around to "check". Unacceptable, childlike behavior from representatives of a company. Been here twice. First time their computer system was down unable to take credit cards. I had to come back a couple hours later to pay for my order. Second time, ordered two pounds of coffee and 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches ($64.00) but was told 5 minutes after I paid they had no meat and could only do egg and cheese. No accommodation, very poor service.
