Delicious fresh food for refueling after hiking Calf Creek! Great flavor and fast!The red salsa was amazing with a slight smokiness and sessionable heat. Heard there is a hot version so ask for that if you like it spicy.
We were passing through town and stopped off here- it was the tastiest food! Had the quesabirria taco, street taco, and cheese quesadilla - and then we ordered seconds of each because it was so good!
Fabulous food. Fresh. Authentic. Wonderful staff. On the side of the road, but it's a good truck, so it's not off brand. 10/10 recommend. Best Mexican food I've had in my last 8 day road trip through Northern Arizona and Utah.
