I consider myself a breakfast sandwich connoisseur and the breakfast sandwich at Magnolia’s Kitchen was next level. It healed something in me. Worth driving down to Escalante just for this little place!
Great food, a little slow; definitely a smaller operation, but very worth it. Only outdoor seating & we were there when there was snow on the ground. Wasn't really in the mood for a breakfast burrito but it was outstanding & I enjoyed every bite.

I ordered a Highway man burrito. Another young man ordered the same. He ate his onsite while I drove to local park to enjoy mine.
We ran into each other about 30 minutes later, at the Escalante Visitors center. Both filling up on potable water. Asked if he thought burrito was good and said best he's had in a while except...and I interrupted saying...except eggs weren't scrambled they were over easy. He agreed and said egg flavor was lost in...
