I love these tacos! Quite unique ... not really like a Mexican taco, but tasty, crunchy, and much more healthy. Two tacos make a meal for me. Breakfast burrito and cinnamon rolls were just okay.
We went here on a Sunday morning. I’m glad they were open on Sunday. I ordered a breakfast burrito, it cost $17 plus tax. You order inside and then go outside to wait for your food. The wait was a bit long for them to prepare the food but it’s fine, I wasn’t in a hurry and it was delicious.

I ordered a Highway man burrito. Another young man ordered the same. He ate his onsite while I drove to local park to enjoy mine.
We ran into each other about 30 minutes later, at the Escalante Visitors center. Both filling up on potable water. Asked if he thought burrito was good and said best he's had in a while except...and I interrupted saying...except eggs weren't scrambled they were over easy. He agreed and said egg flavor was lost in...
