Went on Valentines Day, had a reservation over a week in advance that I confirmed the night before. was left with no food for 2.5 hours. left never being served. Was getting ready to spend 200 plus. Our holiday was ruined. we drove from Portland To end up eating Chinese food at a bar all dressed up.
Went to WildFin last night for the first time to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was arguably the BEST service we’ve experienced at a restaurant! It was very busy, peak hours, with a Christmas boat parade on the water going on and our server, Kendra, was incredible! She was kind, personable, attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable on the menu. We discovered WildFin shortly after it opened at Tacoma’s Ruston waterfront and every meal we’ve had has been awesome. The staff is warm and very welcoming. Christmas 2024 we ordered their prime rib dinner. Each dinner serves 6, and we ordered 2 for 7 people. The prime rib and side dishes were amazing and one meal would’ve been more than sufficient because we ended up with so many left overs we were eating for days.
